2021 Titan SV body vibration

My 2021 SV crew cab has a body vibration that is resonant at about 68 mph. We opened a ticket with Nissan and they sent a representative to investigate. Nissan ended up replacing the tires with Michelins and made sure they were load balanced. This helped a lot but did not resolve 100% of the vibration. Has anyone had a similar experience?

The dealer ran out of ideas and recommended we call the Nissan support line. They were very responsive and we got a case opened. They assigned a representative to the case and the next time he was in our area, we met, he drove the truck for an hour with us in it. Made some diagnosis but needed to check with the factory for more info, then he recommended the tire change. He was very knowledgeable and I was happy with the speed of response. He didn't promise anything but he made a concerted effort to help. My opinion is that the tires are only part of the problem. But at this point the vibration is so minor, they might call it a characteristic of the vehicle. They did make a statement that this is not a safety issue and the truck was ok to drive.

Theres so many time consuming items to check that dealers tend to usually blow people off..
Tires, rims, rotors, hubs, differential angle, u joints, drive shaft, half shafts, transmission, flywheel, torque converter, harmonic balancer, fan clutch… I’m sure I missed a few..

Try driving a few other trucks on the lot…

I have a 2005 and the problem exists.
Test drove various years and the problem still exist.
Even posted about it and labeled a "Ttian basher/troll" but numerous other folks confirmed the behavior.
No idea why this issue hasn't never been resolved.
Search the board and you will see there are a few threads about it.
Although an official fix was never release, the rotation of the driveline as posted above seem to have resolved it for some, but not all.

Check your steering rack bushings. If they are blown, replace them with beefy aftermarket and rebuild the rack. Worked for me on a different truck with similar symptoms. Took me two years to run down. Your other bushings may also retire early, so get ready. Seriously consider aftermarket rims. Mechs can balance those perfectly.
