I have an 04 titan SE 2wd crew cab. I just bought some 22" kmc monsters from a friend of mine and i ordered the 2.5" leveling kit. I originally wanted to put 305/45/22 nitto terra grapplers on but am looking for some meatier tires. Wondering if I could run 33x12.5x22 or 33x11.5x22 with just the 2.5 leveling kit or if I would need to scrap the kit and just run 4" spindles. Like the 4" cst lift kit?

What is the offset of the rims? That will be the determining factor on what size of tire you can fit. With an offset close to stock (+25mm), you should be able to fit 33x12.50's with just a leveling kit. If the offset is negative, you might not be able to fit the 12.5" wide tires without a lot of cutting at the PW. Also, you say you want a "meatier" tire. With 22" rims, pretty much any 33" tire is going to be low profile. So yeah, you can go wider, but that wont change the sidewall. If you really want meaty, you might want to just go to the 4" spindles and run 35's. Just my opinion of course. Here's a truck with 33x12.50R22 toyo MTS:

They are +18 offset.
You should be good to fit 33x12.50's with a leveling kit on those rims. You might have to do the pinch weld mod and remove the mud flaps depending on your tire choice, but it should fit in the end.

I have 22x9 +15 offset wrapped with 285/50-22 Terra Grapplers with only a front leveling kit. The tires don't look low profile at all.
I consider an aspect ratio of 50 to be "low profile", so I stand by my statement.

This is the look I'm going for..I know this truck has a 4" spindle lift kit just not sure what size tires and wheels.
I'd say they are running 35 x12.50 on 22" rims.

Well if you are willing to do the pwm mod you can run 35's with a 2.5" leveling kit. I personally don't like the stuffed look but its all personal opinion. With that offset you should be perfectly fine to run a 33"x12.5" tire. Also keep in mind that since your 2wd you could actually run the spindle lift with the leveling kit and be sitting at 6.5" lift in the front. Just figured I would throw that out there. Everything depends on how crazy you want to go.
