pretty much any way you cut it a borla muffler is the way to go with our T's.. yours will sound great! PaPro4x has that exact muffler I believe, and he likes it. I have the 40944 (yet to be installed, waiting on my y-pipe from Jeff@Cajun).

Don't mind the peanut gallery, they get unruly when people ask the same questions over and over and over.

I have an Xr1. 40943. He listed a ProXS.

I did a simple muffler swap with that exact same one you listed......I couldn't be happier with it:devil:

Cajun catback with Borla 40944 and love it. It's got a deep, throaty sound but isn't loud at all. No drone and 0 CIS.

performance stand point borla xr1 is the way to go. Sound, I love Banks. I cant say from personal experience. However I'll more than likely be switching over to the, whats it called, uh ya, Borla

If he means loudest borla that would be the 40943. 3" SI/SO 12" case.

My 10 has that Pro XS on it, right now. It is two in, one out, then a resonator, then dumped right before the axle. Two of the cats are deleted, also. It sounds great, at lower RPM's but when I get on it, It's nasty CIS. Is there any better way to configure it for better sound, or am I gonna get rid of it?

By resonator do you mean a bottle reso or a vibrant UQ?

I'm not sure. I've never used them before. I had them cut off my 05. It just looks like a very small round muffler, after the muffler, itself.

I dont think I would mid cis when I get on it, as long as performance was worth it. However if it were cis all the time.
None for me.

The 40944 has a deep note through the rpm range. You most likely are hearing cis which has that rattly sound.
