I am no expert, but to me It looks like there was an installation error. If you look around seal in the second picture there is orange rtv from the seal itself sticking out.

From my experience when I first got my Titan. The previous owner provided paperwork that showed that exact same seal as your post was replaced. Yet it was leaking. I went ahead and replaced it myself and about ~ 3 years/80k miles later I have no leaks. As far as I can recall, I had and have no orange rtv from the seal sticking out either. I’ll provide the link as to where I got that seal. https://a.co/d/612KAPN
In addition, I find it odd that the flange was replaced. If it’s usually the seal that fails.

I am sure more will chime in with their knowledge/experiences. But I just wanted to share mine. But I hope that the dealer is able to fix it for you.

I remember watching a YouTube video. I do not remember which one it was though.

But this one seems to be informative.

I too like to build up my skills, as a result I just rather do work I can do myself. But if after watching that video from above this is something you wanna to tackle, I’ll just recommend taking your time. For tools like a flange puller, you can rent one from a parts store. Seal remover tool, you can just buy one cheap off Amazon. I just remember that I was careful putting everything together. Before I took everything apart I made sure to mark the driveshaft to flange, as well as the flange nut to the pinion shaft threads. Taking picture helps too. As for the seal, I remember putting grease around it so it could go in smoother/avoid damage. If you have access to an impact gun, it definitely helps, especially to put the flange nut back and to take it out.
