Rockauto has some replacement heated mirrors on sale. I can get both right and left for about $60. I have power mirrors however they are not heated. So my question to you electrical gurus how hard would it be to add this function? I don't know if the wiring is ran already, its a plug and play mod, need to add connectors, etc? Thanks guys!

My guess is the wires are there. If you could track down a diagram, you could be more certain. When I added my electric tailgate lock, the connection was already behind the passenger rear seat.
I happened across a write up via Google on ClubTitan about adding heated mirrors. You have to change the IPDM to add the correct relay to turn on the mirrors when the defrost switch is pushed. Looked super complex and I like easy and cheap.
