Well first off a big shout out to Dustin (coyotesniper) for coming out to help me out with this. Lord knows I would probably still be at the shop if it wasn't for him! We got the UCA's and 2.5" SAWs installed in about 5 hours or so. Having a lift and an auto hobby shop with every tool imginable to include a BFH certainly helped! First measurement shows that I'm about 1.75" higher in the front than the back. So I'll be sitting prerunner-ish until I get back from vacation. Then I'll be putting on the Deavers, Bilsteins and shackles to bring the rear up a little.

Finally got the 3.5 Deaver pack, Bilsteins and PRG shackles on (fully dropped), took about four hours with Dustin and I working on it. Man that bedside toolbox is a ROYAL PITA!! Broke one of the little plastic snaps that we couldn't find, but no biggie. Right now it looks like I'm at 39 1/8" up front and 40 1/2" out back. Rides nice and stiff now, gotta empty all the crap outta the bed cuz I keep hearing clunks and bumps which always worries me! When the wife gives me my debit card bakc I'll throw some new shoes on her and we'll call it done... yeah right!

You did remove the straight overload leaf on the bottom of the stack before installing the deaver pack :ftard:
and I'm sorry but now you need 4" lift spindles because your truck looked better before you installed the deavers  oh you have a 4X4 set the shackles at 1" drop

too much rake :ftard:

Lookin' good!

Also, how does it ride with the Deavers in the rear? Any better than stock?
