KEY FOB BATTERY LIFE

I have a 2017 Titan Platinum Reserve, preowned. Every 3 to 4 weeks, I get a "Battery Low" signal on the HUD display. I replace the fob battery, 3 times in two months, and it goes away. Using CR2032 Batteries, new.

How long is average fob battery life? Do I need to reprogram the only Fob I have? Defective Key Fob?

Had my 2017 for just over 2 years. Only. Mine seem to last about 12 months. Had to replace them once last year and I'm just getting telhe warnings again the battery is low. I've been using the Energizer Lithium batteries.

I replaced both key fob batteries on our 2018 Titan about 10 months ago. Used Panasonic CR2032 lithium batteries. Both fobs doing OK thus far. Based on life expectancy with the original batteries, I am expecting about 2 years on a set.

The owners manual mention replace the keyfob batterie evey 18 months.

That is what I have seen, one year to 18 months. My truck is messaging me about about every 3 to 4 weeks that I have a low battery key fob battery. Has anyone had this to happen? Is there any tech bulletins or know problems publications for this problem?

i got new fobs with my remote start kit so i only have about 9 months on my batteries
