i have a set of 18x8 +24mm offset on my truck right now i could sell you without lug nuts for 400. im in hickory nc they are currently on my truck and have good tires still on them but i doubt the tires will fit your truck they are 295 70 18 but it sounds like you already have a set to put on them so it should be fine . going to message you
