I've seen the nav bezel mod done here and i'm interested in doing it on my 2006 LE Titan. Just wondering if it's been done on the trucks equipped with the auto climate control lcd display. I understand that my stock radio trim will have to be trimmed, but i'm wondering if there's anything else that i will have to do.

Anybody done this mod with the ACC display? Pics? Below is a shot of my current setup.

I'm assuming someone got a navigation for xmas! I'm in the same boat, and you should have no problems (from the research I've done), we're just gonna need to chop off about an inch from the top of the stock radio surround piece (the fake aluminum one) YOUR NISSAN PARTS.COM I still got the page up, gonna order tonight. Search nav bezel and its a few down, the fact that you have the dual zone or whatever shouldnt affect it at all. Good luck to you on this, what GPS are you gonna put in? I'm gonna run the Magellan Roadmate 1700 or whatever it is..

Yup, that part you linked is the one i was planning to get. I actually didn't get a nav for christmas. Been planning to do this mod for a while. Sitting at the parents house and just reading titan talk and figured i'd ask the question. I may purchase one in a few weeks.

I take it your consulting this thread? http://www.titantalk.com/forums/tit...an-visual-audio-discussion/101265-my-alternate-factory-navigation-solution.html

I'm not sure what unit i'll put in it yet. Haven't done much research on that end of it. Looking at the the magellan 1700, that looks really nice. How did you decide on that one or was it just given to you?

Good luck to you as well. Keep us posted on your progress and post pics.

yea they are... I don't know if it'll fit because the power outlets are now located in the bezel itself instead of directly under the radio unit and hazard button. If krickett is thinking of the same nav mod I am.. Where you sub in an aftermarket 7" nav unit into the stock nav location by buying the 146 dollar unit online... if not, sorry for the confusion

yep two different parts. My bad if I came off sounding like a ****..

And krickett, I decided on the 1700 because it's not too expensive and has reverse camera capability, also because that thread you linked to, the guy used it and it looked awesome. I got the magellan 1440 for xmas, and my parents said if I buy the bezel theyll exchange the 1440 for a 1700 (+$100), can't argue with that..

I'll be sure to post pics once I get started on this, got a few other mods i'm trying to finish up first, BT mirror marker and blinker lights being a major PITA :bangit:
