hey guys im trying to do a bit of research on the different axle shaft lengths. im needing to narrow my rear by about 2" per side and im having trouble finding new shafts. I was told by someone that 4wd are shorter. im working with an all stock 05 2wd rear end. ive also seen that the e locker axles are 2 different lengths im hoping the shorter shaft would work for me and ill need help locating some used ones

Just curious as to why you are narrowing? Since you are 2wd may be easier to do a full axle swap.
You could also look at wheels with a different offset
