It's prolly because you have no cats now. The loose O2 sensor may be it also but I would lean more towards the former.
Your a 05 so find you a emulator from stillen and wire it in and the cel will be gone. Extended sensor bungs may help you also.

what is the CIS sound and how can i figure out if my titan is a FFV?
CIS = card in spokes sound

Call any Nissan dealership & tell them your Vin #. They can look it up for you.

been following this thread very closely. i think i will be getting a pair of these as well pretty soon. some question though. what is the CIS sound and how can i figure out if my titan is a FFV?

Look inside the fuel door. There should be a sticker that says E85 or unleaded fuel only.

Would I put the extenders on the front or rear sensors? I'm thinking the emulator may be hard to find since Stillen won't sell them buy themselves.

The CIS doesn't happen during normal driving, only when the motor is at high rpm's and I let off the gas suddenly. I can live with that for now.

extend the rear sensor out of the flow a bit. I read two defoulers stacked on each side is about the right height.

It should, just solder all connections and use heat shrink. Don't forget about the extended bung method also. I have the instructions on how to wire the emulator if you need them just shoot me a pm..:)

Are these equal length?

I'm thinking once I get done with my exhaust system renovation, Smog Inspection, then the FT90 upgrade, I may have to pick up a set of these to go with the Nightowl 2.5" Cajun Pipes I'm having made... ;)

Defently ordering a set as well as a set of Cajin B pipes :D

Im gunn give my 2cents on obx header... i bougt the shorty ones a week ago. My opinion is you get wat you pay for. The drivetside header went on smooth but the passenger side was a mother fuker and my engine is on an engine stand!!. The flange just didnt seem to have the holes drilled out enough. I bought these for an engine swap into a 2000 mustang. They arethe lowest costing header headers and i wasnt sbout to buy jba new to posssibly have to chop em up.
My opinion was the picture of them looks better. My headers have scratches on the stainless coming out of the box....... not a big deal to me since i know once these are heated up and turn that nice stainless goldish color stainless parts get when heated up the scratches wont be noticeable.
For the money they are alright. I have seen several obx headers in cars and they tend to rust. They will last you long enough to buy another set though. Ill post up a pic off the shorty headers for those it interests.

i bought jba shorties and had to drill the stud holes out on both sides to get them to fit on, not a big deal at all. you said not that you didnt want to chop the jbas up? both shorties obx or jba require welding and the jbas are only 330$ through ajusa and obx are 325 on ebay so im not sure why the discrepancy?
