Hi, New here and just bought a 2011 Nissan Titan SV 2WD. It has really rough idle. Previous owner states changed Coil packs and plugs and still is running rough. I have really bad hearing but kind of sounds like air is leaking under the hood but do not see any hoses that appear broken. Any help would be appreciated. Also, Getting codes - P0300 (Random/Multiple misfires), P1148 (Closed loop fault detected bank 1), P0031 (H02S Heater control circuit low Bank 1 Sensor 1), P2122 (Throttle/ pedal position sensor/switch d circuit low). Thanks.

Welcome! No idea to help though

Rough idle in what sense? Like stumbling and nearly cutting off, or just lopey like an old small block with an aftermarket cam in it? Based on the limited amount of usable info from the above, your idle is very high (812RPM, where it should be in the 650-725 range in park, I believe).

Do all the easy/basic stuff first. Check the throttle body to be sure it's clean. If it needs cleaning, don't manually actuate it by hand. That will break it and you'll have to replace it. Do the throttle position and pedal position sensor relearn procedures (search the forum for those). Check for a vacuum leak and check your air filter (and replace it if it's dirty). Go for a drive and check your short and long term fuel trims while underway at various speeds. If you have loss of power, do a compression check.

For your P0300, plug in a scanner and see exactly which cylinders are misfiring....even those $8 bluetooth devices will tell you that. I just solved a P0300 last week, and it turned out to be a bad injector. The 0300 is likely why you are stumbling. Cleaning your MAF is another good thing to check with those codes, and it's super easy.

Everything on bank 1 makes me wonder if there's a fuel delivery issue on that side. Might be worth checking the fuel pressure at the rail (but that requires some specific diagnostics parts for the Titan).

Just saw Roush's comment - wonder if your VVT solenoid is dead.
