All kidding aside, I'd go here Car Speakers at Crutchfield and just enter your vehicle info. You don't have to buy from them, but they can at least tell you what fits. As a matter of fact, I don't think I'd buy from them as they are probably more expensive. Find the model # that they recommend, plug it into Google and check "shopping". Get the best price there, and contact Crutchfield and ask them if they can match that price. Good luck finding a good replacement.

I got a top of the line Kenwood for my NV 2500. It stopped working a year later Kenwood wanted me to send it for repair and wait 30 to 90 days for return. I called crutchfield and they sent a new one out to me that day. I would definitely reconsider purchasing from them due to warranty and service alone. Even if it costs a couple bucks more.

The easiest solution is to go to www.Nissanpartsdeal.com and just order a couple of OEM tweeters. They'll fit the space without needing to make a custom adapter plate, plug right in to the system with no need to splice wires, and they'll sound like they should. That's what I did when both of my dash tweeters died. Unless you plan on replacing all of the speakers, that is.

The Nissan part number is 28152-ET200 and they cost about $23 each.

Welcome to the club. So the dash tweets are a 2 3/4" and there really isn't a direct aftermarket replacement for them. Members have done one of the following:

1) ordered replacement OEM (easiest)
2) Removed the old speakers and installed flush mount tweeters into the stock grills
3) custom cut a piece of ABS plastic or thin fiberboard and mounted the tweeters in the space where the OEM speakers were
4) with lots of cutting and fab, installed 3 1/2" coaxial speakers. One of the members had a nice detailed writeup on it somewhere on here.
5) I've seen some people install tweeters into the a-pillar and disconnect the OEM tweeters.

For now mine are still working but personally I plan on going the a-pillar route. There is a set of Kenwood 2 3/4 speakers I believe made for Toyotas that MIGHT work with a little finesse but I havent personally taken the plunge, haha.
If you want smooth clean sound, go with silk dome tweeters. If you want bright, sharp highs, go with titanium domes (depending on your musical preference, they may be too harsh). Make sure your tweeters have either an onboard or inline crossover to block bass frequencies.

I'll see if I can find those links and post back here for ya.

I'd be curious if anyone has the specs of what factory crossovers are in place and whether or not full-range is delivered to all the speakers. One of these days I'd like to update my 2011 RF system in my Pro4X, but I want to keep the stock HU and Nav (not because it's better than an aftermarket setup, but because it has other features I don't want to lose, and because the HU when tuned properly actually puts out good sound). When I do, I'd like to know if I need crossovers or if the existing system does it before the speakers.

Most OE systems put the crossover on board with the speaker. I did not see one on the dash speakers of my T when I was poking around the last time. There's nothing on the OE wire schematics that shows one either. Mine is the non-RF system though.

My factory tweeters were tore up so I went with components. It was a bit of a challenge running the wire from the door to the dash. There is plenty of room on the woofer housing for the crossover. I went the easy route and mounted tweeter to the grill as mentions above and it looks good there.
If you decide to go that route, get a wire worm from Crutchfield to help run the wires. It will be money well spent. It has come in handy on many projects I’ve gotten in to.
