I started noticing that when I would accelerate quickly, I got a knocking noise/feeling in the floor of the truck and determined it was the transmission mount that was torn and causing the noise. I figured I would just replace the universal joints while I was under there just in case and I also am installing a driveshaft spacer. We had so many tools laying out and were trying to get done ahead of the rain, that I didn't have time to make note of the sizes on the sockets so if I am mistaken on any of them please feel free to correct me. It really helps to have two people also.
I used the driveshaft spacer purchased from Greg with PRG for about 69 bucks.
I got my transmission mount from the dealer for about 90 dollars. They listed it as Insulator-Engine part# 11320-7S100.
I got the two universal joints from autozone with a lifetime warranty for around 33 dollars for both. Part# 1-0153DG for the front and part#2-0053DG for the back.
Tools:
air and regular wrachet
impact driver
wrenches
small block of wood
small sledge hammer
deep well sockets
