Does your radio work? That kind of looks like an antenna, the black one

 

Yes, radio works great.

 

Is it triangle shaped, the middle of the black one? If so, you are right than, a speedo cable. Maybe someone replaced it previously?

The other kind of looks like an airbag plug but ir could be anything, i geuss

 

Air bag connections are usually bright yellow. Don't mess with them as they could set off the bag is the message behind the colour.
What does the writing on the actual wire say? It's a little too blurry to make out. Looks like it was hooked to something that shorted out, hence the reason why it's not connected any more.

 

A Flux capacitor?

 

I do car audio for a living and anytime I’ve seen a pink connector like that it has always been for the satellite radio antenna. Not a 100% though

 

Or could be a nav antenna. It’s definitely a coax cable like most antennas.

 

The black cable should come out of the peddle movement motor and connect to the backside off the brake peddle frame to move it the same as the gas peddle.
