When it asks what I want in my performance tune, what options do I have? I know +2 degree, line pressure mod, wot restriction removal. But what other options do I have ? I know I read something about a throttle mod?

What's everyone running for their 5 maps

It turns off the Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) completely... when you do this the ecu will attempt to open the throttle plate in direct proportion to how much you push the pedal... not streetable at all. you also loose cruise control and such

You don't need to the ETC off mod Vilim.

I have 2 performance maps.

91 Map & 93 Map. Both NO WOT Restriction/140MPH!

Both are the same pretty much only the 93 Map has higher ign. timing values. :)

The throttle isn't too touchy with just an Up/Rev Tune guys.

Unless you have an FT90mm on the front of your VK56! :eyebrow:

Up/Rev offers their WOT restriction removal mod & can be setup to have only partial WOT restriction, but no throttle sensitivity settings that i know of?

Ah gotcha about the sensitivity thing. I was saying that the ETC off setting wasn't streetable based on the comments of a couple guys who've tried it on track cars (no titans tho), and said it wasn't nice at all... Plus what Uprev wrote in their tuning guide:

ETC on/off: This setting disables the torque management aspects of the electronic throttle control. Turning this setting off will have the effect of making the throttle linier. The ECU will try to run the throttle plate % at whatever the accelerator % is.
** ETC on/off tuning tips: Turning this setting off will also disable the cruise control. Most of the feedback about disabling this setting is that the throttle is far too touchy, even for race drivers. Chances are you will never turn it off, but it is there if you’d like to try.

I could be wrong tho... I would love to see someone post up impressions/results

Sounds perfect to me. My Ram cruised 80+ MPH at 7-8% TPS reading and rarely needed more than 25% in daily driving.

Honestly I cannot stand the non-linearity of the throttle as the truck sits. Around 75-80 mph it feels like the ECM is actually changing the linearity to keep the driver from traveling faster. I HATE that feeling of being held back. Truck has plenty of power to go faster, fwiw. Here is the easiest way to explain it. On the Cipher, I can log the truck and actually see the non-linearity at speed. It takes much more APS voltage to get the same throttle voltage at higher speeds than lower speeds.

I don't mind losing the cruise control anyway. I might make an economy map with the ETC enabled for long highway drives. I drove my Ram over 30K without it ever being connected. I hope it disables TC and ABLS throttle reduction at the same time.
