Are the wires to short on all years? I thought I read that the sensor wires were long enough.

not sure about all years but mine were the right lenght. i think layer moved the second set of o2 sensors behind the cats in the bpipes and then had to lenghten the wires to reach the new holes

Mine were long enough w/ the Nismo's. I just wrapped them w/ heat shielding material.

Has anyone heard of an aftermarket o2 sensor wire extension? Or is soldering the only option?

I too will need to move my 2nd set of o2's behind my 2nd set of Cats.

I was not able to find any. Plus, you have to be careful will the impedance dropping too much as it will throw a code due to connectors.

Best thing to do is extend the wires by extending them and soldering.

In addition, you can zip-tie the plastic wire housing neatly.

Make sure you color tape your wires so you dont mixed them up!!!

Thank you layer1.

No one makes a Titan Specific 02 wiring harness extension. DT, Stillen or one of the other header manufactures needs to step up to the plate and build these for us. Stillen has been asked and has dropped the ball. I hate cutting the harness on a $100 02 sensor.

Thanks for the input.

I will try to relocate the Secondary Cats as far forward (toward header) as possible on the B-Pipes, and maybe I wont need to extend the o2 wire harness. I am cutting out the stock cats anyways, so welding in the new high flow cats closer to the header flange, hopefully wont be a big deal...:ftard:

any one have any pictures of the DT long tubes off the truck, like brand new out of the box lol. maybe a comparison pic of the DT's to the Stock manifolds?

It would be cool to post up some comparison pics of all the longtube brands to the stock manifolds.

So just we can all see the different designs... ie, equal lenght, unequal, and the tri-y ...
