I wish I had a LWB, I think it looks sexy as hell with the Crew Cabs, because the cabs on our trucks are already massive it looks proportionate and not  like on the Tundra or some of the Chevy's.

tight ride, LWBs look sweet lifted

I absolutely love what you did to your Truck. I want to do the same thing to mine. Where did you get your body kit? Manufacturer? Price? If you don't mind me askin. jamiedubs

There is no body kit on the truck... if your talking about the lift kit.... its all in my signature.

View attachment 106398 Real tires in the fall. Love all the room. Hey JamieD what are you running in the rear? Blocks?Deavers? Do you have traction bars?
I just have blocks in the rear right now. Im bout to leave for deployment for 9 months and when I get back im going with a long travel front suspension and traction bars in the rear

hey jamiedubs....is it true there is welding involved with the cst kits? if so how much and what was the biggest trouble you encountered with the lift. i have always love cst lifts and suspension products but have veared away from getting one cause i hear about the welding aspect of putting on the lift?

Its all bolt in. There is some welding involved with the front end long travel kit. Which they rarely make supposedly and they dont like to email you back and answer your questions. I have a local shop here in san Diego called RACING905.COM who has their own 7 Class Baja race truck that they ahve raced in the baja 500 and baja 1000 for the past few years. I will have them alter my CST suspension and make it long travel My current problem with the CST 8 Inch lift is the travel is far from what I expected. But then again I dont just push my truck on the pavement. So anytime you do anything offroad you will need to go custom with a full long travel kit. If I wasnt into offroading as much I would definatley keep the CST kit. Hope this helps

allright cool...well i know they make an 8" for the 2wd models and a 7" for the 4wd but i keep reading welding involved and like i said i love cst stuff and would love to keep with it but if theres welding involved that would require me to take it down somewhere and put it in the hands of someone i dont know. there is nobody out my way who i know personally that does stuff like that. mass laws are so strict with lifts its ridiculous. my buddy has an f250 v10 with like something stupid like 12-14" of lift with 37's and he gets pulled over like u read about. its a gorgeous truck but i dont want that kind of attention. so either a 6" pro comp stage 2 or a 7" cst all done up i think is how i will do it...as long as its not involving welding
