First off there is a very noticable vibration around 30-40mph. Also the rear driveshaft is hitting the floor of the truck when you hammer on it from a dead stop. Any ideas?

Check your tranny mount to make sure its not torn & You are getting axle warp when you take off so really the only way to take care of that is to get some traction bars. Are your tires balanced correctly ? Has all the bolts on the lift been re torqued ?

Yes & yes.

I had the same vibration with my RC lift and had to install 2 1/2 degree shims.

I just found out tonight that I have the same issue with the driveshaft contact. Not sure what to do to fix that though. :(

Fix your tranny mount and get some traction bars. You might also need a driveshaft spacer. The vibe might be a u-joint that is bad or just under too much stress if you don't have a spacer.

My truck is brand new. U-joint shouldnt be bad. Whats up with the tranny mount? Driveshaft didn't need a spacer, it moved out less than an inch.

Pictures or it didn't happen!!!!

Sounds like you need to reclock the axle, add a driveshaft spacer, and traction bars or hellwig traction springs.

And you probably should not be gunning it from a dead stop with 35's your putting to much un needed stress on the drivetrain. Its a marathon not a sprint in owning a 30,000+ dollar truck homie. Take care.

This was with the stockers. Didn't have the 35s on yet, & its under warranty lol!

When I put my 6" pro comp on I had the vibration issue and the driveshaft issue. I got a spacer and it fixed those problems, maybe that would help, but I also have a 3" body lift so I'm over the 6". Idk hope you figure it out:)

Took pics of where the ds was hitting & sent them to rough country. They are trying to come up with a fix for the issue. I havent gotten an alignment yet. Maybe that will fix the vibration.

Am i the only one who can't see the pics?. An alignment will settle things out a bit. Get that and see if anything changes. The RC kit is know for the vibrations because the rear blocks are so big. When you save up some money prg sells add a leaf spring packs and you get get a smaller block and that should help with the axle wrap a little bit still get traction bars and shims for the rear axle. Keeps the strain off the drivetrain a little more.

That's exactly where mine is contacting too, almost exactly the same mark! Let me know what RC says, or if they need another example I have a pic of mine too.

so nothin is broke? the lift itself put it at such an angle that the yoke hits the truck? if the tranny mount is broken, it will cause the tranny/driveshaft to bounce up and down when under a load. i just dont see how the transmission mount can break that quick

Nothing is broken, the yoke has maybe 3/8" or less of clearance and I'm guessing the mount flexes enough to allow the contact.

it is made of rubber so i can see that happening.

If your Titan is a crew cab you have options, if it's a king cab like mine we're both in trouble. Fabtech and Procomp have both told me that their traction bars are for crew cab only. I'm confused by this and I'm trying to research it further.
