My rear back up alarm only works in temps above 65 Degrees. Been this way for about 4 years now. Works perfect all summer:) but never in winter:crying:. Faults off after about 5 seconds in reverse with nothing in sonar range. Any one have a guess as to which component may be causing this?

Light on switch stays off until truck is put in reverse. Then after about 4 or 5 seconds in reverse it will turn the light in the switch on as if I turned the system off manually. It (the light in the switch) will then stay on until the truck is turned off and back on.

Can't believe I have the only Titan out of the whole batch that does this. Lucky me.

Mine has issues as well. Sometimes the light will come on and it doesn't work

Does yours only fault out below 65 degrees?

Speaker only bad at below 65 degrees?
You never know, temp do weird things. I only suggest that since it's cheap enough to do. That's usually a starting point for most sonar problems around here.
There's a diagnostic chart posted somewhere here. If you can run the test out might pinpoint your problems.

Still no replies from anyone else with the same problem. Hard to believe I got the only special truck out of the whole bunch!

Mine does something similar, it goes off in reverse when it is cold out (nothing behind the T), but never noticed the light turning on..

By "goes off" You mean it beeps or turns off? Mine beeps for about 5 seconds than turns off and light on switch lights up like I turnad it off. Only below 60 degrees.

Mine is exactly the opposite. Works when cold, not when hot.

Sorry about that, mine beeps when it is cold out, as a warning. Nothing behind me at all. The light on the button does nothing at all, it just stays off.

But then again, I live in Alaska. I noticed it even this fall, when it was 40-ish outside. I will update when it gets REALLY COLD (not too far away :) )
