Didn't want to thread jack someone else so I figured I'd go ahead and start a new thread. I'm buying a set of rims tonight, so I need answers ASAP. Looking at the Moto Metal 959's and they are a 20X10" with a 5.97" backspacing, 106.25mm hub bore and a -12 offset. WILL THESE FIT? I have a 6" procomp installed and 35" Toyo M/T's...

Like I said, I need to know ASAP!

So from what I've read (and people have told me) the stock offset is +25. I'm caught between the +18, which I know I will fit with no rubbing, or the -12, which will rub a bit, but look sexy as hell! FML, I don't know what to do...

well i just bought my new rims recently when i traded in my 11 for the 12 and got +19 thinking less trimming and b/c of the design the spokes hit my calipers which had to be shaved and still needed more taken off so I was like no we are not shaving anymore and they had to order -6 to clear the big calipers we have. And my -12 only needed minor trimming. I'm talking plastic only no metal.

So you only had to trim the liner? If so, I can live with that.

Might sound like a dumb question, but if my tire is 2 1/2" wider than my rim, would that really change anything as far as width goes? If I went taller than the 35" tire, then I would understand but that 10" rim isn't changing the width of my tire is it? Or am I completely misunderstanding what you're saying?

A 6" backspaced rim might rum you PC spindles. How much tire lug to spindle clearance do you have now?

Hey, those specs don't add up. Are you looking on 4wheelparts.com or something?
20X10" with a 5.97" backspacing, 106.25mm hub bore and a -12 offset.
Centerline on a 10" rim is 5.5", (because they measure 11"), so -12 mm offset would be 5" backspacing not 5.97", unless they said +12 mm offset.

Found a set on Amazon actually and it lists all the Specs towards the bottom of the page, so that's where I got my info. Here's the link- [ame]http://www.amazon.com/Moto-Metal-Series-MO959-Machined/dp/B003P8OQX6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1349494127&sr=8-1&keywords=moto+metal+959+20x10[/ame]
If it's wrong, please let me know! And I definately don't have much room between my lugs on my tires and my spindles now.

20x10 -12 mm, so it should be 5" backspacing, (1/2" more spindle clearance than stock rims. Actually a little more at the sidewall, since the tires won't bulge out so much). You will need the PWM. My friend needed it with BFG 35x12.5s on a PC stage1 lift with MM951 rims in the 9" -12mm, which is 4.5" backspacing, so your rims will stick out an extra 1/2", so more pinch weld trimming. They also have a 20x9 +12 mm that would have stock backspacing, and stick out 1" more than stock, whereas the 20x10 -12 stick out 2.5" more than stock.

I got it now...
What would be the difference between +12 and +18, as far as coming out of the fender? Is it a significant difference?

That's not too much of a difference at all then! I appreciate the help. This is why I love this forum!
