I noticed my floor mat was wet on the backside when I pulled it out to vacume, the carpet is damp right in the center of the drivers floor board. I'm trying to figure out why its damp. It hasn't rained in three weeks, but I let the the hose around the windshield and door and thier is no water coming in, and the carpet is dry along the firewall and door edge so it doesn't appear to be a leak. Can heat from the exhuast cause condensation? The spot is right over the exhaust pipe and I did do an eight hour road trip yesturday.

There are numerous threads about water leaks... Do an Advanced Search and you will find what your looking for.

The AC line will leek back into the cab. There are all sorts of ways to fix it. The search will show how. A few threads have a bunch of pictures and different ideas of how to do it.

Beside the A/C drain hose there's another TSB that address water under floor mats driver's and passenger's side. It's usually after a rain storm or car wash.

Some have reports water leaking in the rear window and making its way to the front.

NTB07-034 (water on floor after rain or wash)
NTB05-112a (wet carpet from A/C drain hose)<<file to large for me to upload but the infos is abundant around here.

I'm thinking this is what it might be rather then the AC drain leak. I don't have any water on the Passenger side floorboard so I'm thinking its not the AC plus I havn't run the AC in three weeks. I don't see any holes in the seam from the underside but I havn't pulled the carpet yet, but at this point I am just going to keep an eye on it, it hasn't rained since Hurricane Sandy when I was doing a lot of driving through puddles. The wet spot is right under where my right foot usually sits and the mat usually will get pretty wet if I'm jumping in and out of the truck in the rain, maybe water leaked through the mat or possibly condensation but next time I drive in the rain I will hit some puddles to see if the floor gets wet.
