Took my truck to john Lee Nissan here in panama city Thursday afternoon, called me Friday and both were cracked. I got it there just in time. (78400 on my 05) picked it up last night and I was very happy with the service, and the fact that it would've cost 2400! Seems to be running smoother but maybe I'm just excited to get back in my truck! Anyways. Just wanted to share my happiness of the deal.

Thanks! I told the mechanic when he showed me the old ones that we wouldn't have this problem again if he just went ahead and put some longtubes on it! Lol. I'm just glad to be back in my truck,although the mpgs in the altima loaner they gave me were nice

Hah we both waited to the last minute. I'm at 78k also and gettin mine replaced Monday. Just 1 side was cracked, or so they said. Anyways congrats man now I'm anxious

Exactly, no more ticking and I am seeing some mpg improvements!!!And performance is way better and most of all no more cracks..

I think I got mine confirmed with just a couple hundred miles left and they were actually changed past 80k, but I was OK because they had to order the manifolds and I had to drive in the meantime.

My T is in the shop right now getting the passenger side replaced, I kinda wished they would have went ahead and replaced both. Looking forward to getting her back to full power and MPG!!!

Well I got my T back today and it sounds an feels a lot better. However I still have a high pitched sound it seems like is coming from the drivers side when I accelerate. I can't figure it out, I'm cleaning my CAI right now. Any ideas guys?

Yes they do. In 08 Nissan welded a 3/4" strap to the manifolds and called it a fix. The only fix is headers, bpipes and a tune IMO. Performance will sky rocket and all this cost about the same as one oem manifold. I just talked to a guy the other day with a 2010 that has cracked manifolds. The replacements will crack also.

8 years from the in service date or 80,000 miles whichever comes first. That's what I understand I have 78400 miles and the in service date is July 2005.

Its 8/80. I think its a federal emissions warranty. Its supposed to only be for the cats, but nissan was dumb and made the header and cat one piece, so they were forced to cover the entire header.

Hey you live in panama city, i work over in Rosemary, Alys beach, Seaside etc... on the weekends all along 30A. Thats not to far from PCB. Plus the 850 area code gave it away.
