I put new Nissan replacement plugs in when I changed mine since I seemed to only find mixed things about other plugs.

NGK is all I'll run in my high performance 2-stroke snowmobile though. I think I read that the OEM Nissan plugs are rebranded NGK's anyway??

 

I would recommend getting the nicer plugs, I try to save money around the corners as well but everyone I talk to says plugs can make a hell of a difference if you get bad ones! Spend the extra 15-20 and get the better ones!

 

I'd be careful what plugs you use. I changed mine to Bosch platnium plus four and I got my power back after the change but my gas gauge also drops QUICK. I keep off of it too. but maybe its just my gauge.

Yep NGK OE replacements. Make sure you use some anti-seize also.

didn't get them from JCW though, just picked them up at advance auto parts. changing them out isnt too bad either, i did it at work (on the clock of course!!) and it seems like it took me 20-30 mins. i had trouble with the furthest one back on the left side. it was an awkward angle

 

I was considering going with the iridium ix's. They seem like they would work good and they're a bit cheaper than the double platinums. I just don't want to be unhappy with my decision lol.

i had the pulstar and didnt like them for some reason. i swap them with NGk iridium and like it.. migth be me but i always trust ngk, stay away from Denso..

and i got 176k in mine ans still running strong...

 

Buddy of mine had a 04 KC with about 215K on it when he sold it. I still see it buzzin around town. Has to have well over 250K on it by now. Plus every time i see the guy he is all it in!

 

Did the plugs at 125K! Need to do the tranny fluid, ill make sure i just get a fluid swap not a flush.. thanks!

 

I have read about titans making it past 300K, so your goal is in no way unrealistic. If you haven't changed the plugs yet I would highly recommend that. Also get all new fluids including the differential and tranny. As for the rest hopefully someone else will chime in.

 

And there are some older threads about titans with well over 200k I believe I seen a story of one with over 300

I think you're supposed to get the tranny fluid exchanged every 60k or something but don't get it flushed! I went to my dealer to get it done and made sure they used an exchanger.
