I'm about 40 mins north of Seattle, but I have no idea where to go! Ha I just moved here from MA. There is a big Nissan meet a few of us are going to attend sometime in march, you should come along!

 

Where's the meet at? I'm about 5 hrs from Seattle.

My wife's house is in Vancouver.

My In-Law's live in Issaquah.

I can't recommend bars but I can recommend restaurants!

 

I'll be in Issaquah the end of April for a project. Might be interesting to meet some of the locals if anyone is interested.

Depending on what you're looking for, there's plenty of bars and night clubs of all types, from Pioneer Square to Bell Town to Fremont and Ballard. I personally don't like the big city type bars, the exceptions are the Elysian (excellent local brew), Hawk's Nest and the Pyramid Brewery during Sounders/Seahawks/Mariners games. I find the smaller bars and pubs outside of Seattle to have a much better beer selection without the hassel of going downtown, paying for parking, etc...

 

I'll second Pyramid, that place is sweet

 

Go down by Quest Field or on 1st Ave.

Ouch! lol In that case, Chuckanut Brewery down in Bellingham, on Holly St down by the water and maybe half a mile north of Western Wa U. I can't really recommend any of the college bars since they're all pretty much the same, mind you WWU is popular with hipsters and greenies!
