I just ordered two Timken SP500701 axle bearing and hub assemblies for my 2005 2WD Titan. Does anyone know the bolt torque specs for the hub and brake caliper? Also, which Loctite product should I use for the hubs and calipers? Any tips would be appreciated, thanks. Oh, is the ABS sensor clip easy to disconnect without cracking it?

Is that 145 ft lbs on the three hub bolts? Any spec on the caliper bolt torque?

I believe you are all wrong. I think that torque # is in Newton-Meters. The second number in the parenthesis is your Ft-lb torque. IE. 145 (15, 107). The torque in Ft-lbs would be 107. You will be over tightening if you go to 145 ft-lbs.

Depends on what year Titan. If you have a Gen1 (2004-2015) you can grab the factory service manual from nicoclub in pdf format. Read the instructions about how to use the manual, and follow what it says. The torque values are in Newton-Meters, but the second number in parentheses is either inch-lbs or ft-lbs. You can tell by the color of the wrench in the little icon. Black box with white wrench is ft-lbs. White box with black wrench is in-lbs.

Just grab the FSM for your year truck and you'll have everything you need. If your year is missing a section, look at both adjacent years and find the sections you need.

Yes, I did that to the relevant sections for now. I guess I`ll have to do it old school later on and take the time to download each section individually. I don`t know why they did it that unless they were trying to gin up more traffic which is kinda the norm these days. It gives the impression the site is visit more which gives it more value. Thanks again.
