With the possibility of slight trimming, maybe front mud guard removal, the Nitto
Terra Grappler
AT in a 34.4" LT295/70R18 is probably the largest. There are several running this size. More likely to need trimming is the Nitto
Trail Grappler M/T at 34.6" in the same size. It is very similar to the Toyo M/T, which isn't offered in this size though.
If you like shorter and fatter, the 33" LT325/60R18 will work, but if you care what the engineers think, they only approve that size for a 9" rim, (yours is an 18x8 with 5.5" backspacing, if still a stock 6 spoke, Pro4x rim). Lots run this in a Terra Grappler, and others. If you have a need to run your LT tire at higher inflation levels, for larger loads, this would be a poor choice, because the center of the tire will wear out faster, since the sides are pulled in more than what was designed for.
With either of the above you will need to trim for sure if later you go the a wider rim, and/or one with less backspacing, (like my 8" Viper's with their 4.5" backspacing, link in sig that shows where trimming is needed). This is because with the rim sticking out more it make a bigger arc when turning, so tires' rubs on the back of the wheel well.
The best fit though is the 33.3" LT275/70R18, with 2 pages of choices at this link,

The 33.1" LT295/65R18 Good Year Dura-Trac is a new one that is around 3/4" wider. It takes studs which is cool for people that live in places where the snow sticks around for a few months.
