Anyone interested in a Gatlinburg meet this year. Trying to see how many solid numbers we can get in the next 2 weeks due to time running out for planning the meet. I will also post on the facebook page.

Maybe the title of the thread could use some work. Feelers aren't as exciting as solid facts. "2014 East Coast Meet" then details of date/time/sponsors/members attending would probably get more attention?

It takes time for people to let it sink in for an idea to go someplace and meet up; especially if it involves overnight travel.
The more people talk about it, the more others want to be involved.
The three types:
1. They'll go because they know they would have fun.
2. They'll go if they know their friends are going.
3. They'll go if funds and time is available.
So, promote, promote, promote, and get people to talk about it.
