I ordered a refurb rack and pinion from Detroit Axle on November 29. The website sent me an email stating that the part was shipped. I went to the FEDEX tracking site and found that only a label was created. When that status didn't change for a few days, I contacted Detroit Axle. I was told that the wrong warehouse was alerted and that the correct warehouse now had the order. This was supposed to get the rack sent out. The status is STILL only label created. The online chat rarely works on the DA site. Anyone else having problems with DA? Should I cancel the order and go with Rock Auto or other source?
