Well that all depends on sound you're going for. Do u like loud and obnoxious or more of a growl that utters performance? Lol. If that made any sense at all...lol. I've had magnaflow and now have dynomax bullets. Before I had mine dumped and it was insane. Then it toned down a bit after a while. Then I added resonated tips to it and it sounds marvelous to me. Before it was loud and full of CIS and raspy an poppy. After the tips and dumping over the axle it sounds straight beast now. I'm in love all over again with it.

Is there a way for you to record the sound and post here? I would like to hear it compared to my duals. I like the way mine sounds too, sounds badazz and not annoying.
Best part mine came with the truck when I bought it.

Flowmasters suck. I don't blame you for getting sick of it. My 50 series lasted for 3 weeks before I switched lol. Borla always is a good choice.

Hell if I know lol all I know is every Titan I've heard with a borla sounds better than mine with a cherry bomb extreme which would be about the same as a flowmasters super 10. I don't care for the banks sound. To me the Borla makes the truck sound mean without just being overly noisy

I went with storms suggestion... One of The best sounding muffler IMO. Borla proxs 40348. I don't think it needs reso tips tho. It's all about what you like. And nobody on here has bad things to say about borla.

Magnaflow may have the same input/output, but it is not the same. Magnaflows are terrible at stopping CIS, and they don't have anywhere near the exhaust note the borla's do... I'll never own one. JMO.

 

Magnaflow sounds good in the bigger case sizes. Nothing wrong with them at all. It's just that the VK56 has a very picky sound.

ok so I got the o2 extenders in but its too late and i went to go unscrew the sensor and the damn thing wont come off so i sprayed it with wd 40 and will try it tomorrow morning haha

 

ya im hoping to do a borla dual in dual out muffler swap then eventually get the b pipes replaced
