Anyway to make it to where the headlights come on when you unlock the truck with the keyless entry?

Does your high mount bed lights come on when you unlock it?

You could use that circuit to trigger a programmable timed relay. (Available from a place like McMaster-Carr.) But you'll also probably want that installed down stream from a simple $7 SPDT relay that's triggered by the parking lights (that flash when you unlock the truck). That way when you manually turn on your bed lights, your headlights don't come on. The head lights would only come on if both the parking lights were on or flashed, AND the bed lights were on. If you have the tailgate bed lights, that would make wiring a lot easier. You could use those and the park light wires for circuit tapping all in one location. You wouldnt even need to penetrate the firewall. It'd all be run on the outside of the truck.
