I'd like to share some build pics of my new custom PreRunner Light Bar by Metal Worx. It's a bolt-on application & I'm mounting a 20" LED flood/spot bar on it.

Stay tuned, I'll keep this thread updated along with a review of the final product once it's mounted on the truck w/ the LED bar. :blueblob:

**NOTE** In no way am I advertising or posting at Metal Worx's request. I'm just sharing some info on a product I'm excited about. Thanks!

This replaces the bumper?

Nah, just a light bar w/ prerunner inspiration. Instead of round HIDs, I'm going w/ a 20" LED.

Here's the Metal Worx bumper:

Thanks, I'm stoked! I get the light bar next weekend and the LED the following week.

Ok ya that'll look sweet. Good choice on the light bar instead of the whole bumper. LED's will look good!
Thanks man. I couldn't decide on a full bumper replacement. I liked the one you made on your old Titan and I like the prerunner style too but overall I wanted stock w/ a little something. Originally I was going to put the LED in the lower bumper.

Ordered a rocker switch for the LED. Gotta figure out where to put it, all of the oem ports are taken.

Nice as always, ostaF! Can't wait to see how it comes out! I may have to contact NORDIC454 for a lightbar. I could tell the wife we're going to Vegas to see her brother :redblob"

It's always fun planning family trips in conjunction with traveling to get something for the Titan. For some reason, where ever we go I find a good deal locally on a Titan part that just so happened to be on craigslist or titantalk classifieds.

Can't wait to see the light bar with the LED, hopefully it gets to me soon.

It bolts to the frame in factory threaded holes. I had to remove the grill and lower grill "sleeve" to get it on. Had it sprayed w/ bed liner instead of going glossy. I'd probably go glossy if I were to do it again. It looks good, almost a satin finish, I'm just over bed liner right now. Hit me up w/ any other questions.

I love it bro! i want one now! did nordic ship the light bar to you? btw, i think some wheels with a different offset to give you a wider track would finish your truck off nicely

Thanks man! Yea, we met up while he was in SoCal.

I'm thinking about getting spacers for my current setup but I've always had my eye on Mojave Teflons. I just don't want to deal with rubbing or doing the PWM.

The truck looks great Jason, I'm glad your happy with the light bar. How did the LED mount up? good?

I did not ship it to him, I actually delivered it. For a small fee of course.lol
I actually think shipping wouldnt be too horrible, based on the fact that its fairly narrow, just long. I would guess probably about $40-$50. not too bad.
The LED mounts PERFECT w/ a couple washers on each side. You did a great job setting it up WITHOUT having the LED in person and only the dimensions on paper. Good decision on the Rigid tabs, worked out great.
