I am looking to replace my factory nav with an aftermarket unit that provides touch screen, full ipod integration, and integrated bluetooth for my phone, has anyone done this and have any suggestions?

Kenwood 7100 will do all of that and then some. Hit me up if you need a price on one with all parts need top do what you want to do.

 

I too am looking for a replacement, but more of simply replacing the screen with a 7" lilliput. Anyone know if that's possible? That way I can get better resolution for use with the carputer/DVD.

The 7100 is a great unit. It will allow you to do whatever you want.
