Been thinking about installing retrofit projectors on my lifted titan however I want to make sure I'm not blinding oncoming vehicles, I used to run a hid kit with no projector and quickly removed it because the glare was embarrassing. My truck is lifted 7"

I've seen that most people on HIDPlanet.com recommend just keeping them aimed to about the same height at 25 feet away as they would be without the 7" lift.

I've got some G37 projectors that I plan to use in my Titan.

^ What he said! I only have a mimilift myself, but, like you, I hate the feeling of blinding other people with just HID's so i've recently started the retrofit journey. My buddy has an 8" lift in his T and has a projector lights in it aimed to the correct height as factory and its fine. I heard as a general rule of thumb your beam should be about side mirror height of a car from 25 feet away but i think i'd rather follow the chart that displays the measurments....i've seen it around here before and on HIDPlanet

I'm one of those a##holes who runs hids on fogs and heads. I have my heads adjusted downward and still get people flashing their high beams at me. Yet there's tons of people in my area running their xenon lights 24/7 or other trucks with 8flood lights. Either way you'll find people complaing

If you get true retrofits it won't blind anyone. It's people running HIDs in stock housings that's an issue because of the scattered light. Projectors (good ones not eBay) are controled light patterns. I ran quad projectors for a year and never once had someone flash there lights at me. And my truck is lifted 6.5"

I did a Mini D2S in my old motorcycle (2011 Honda CBR250R) absolutely loved it.

I'm just not sure how to properly install these projectors I've got. Kinda feel like paying someone else to do it.

you are fine as long as you point it correctly.

Yep. The cutoff is a cutoff. As long as you aim them correctly yoy shouldnt have a problem.
