I have a 2010 Pro-4x and i am constantly hearing the suspension squeeking! I have take it to the dealership twice and they cannot find anything wrong with it. The truck only has 20,000. I can recreate the noise by stading on my rear bumber and jumping up and down. It is driving me NUTS! Anyone else having this issue? If so how did you fix? Any info given is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Squeak is prolly coming from the shackle or the leaf springs against each other. My 06 did this and drove me nuts.

It's coming from the Rancho shocks. I have 600 miles on my truck and had the same noise. What I did I took a WD40 and sprayed under the red plastic.

Getting the same annoying squeak but from the drivers front strut...annoying as hell. It didn't start until after I had my front end alligned.

My 2010 had the same thing. Spray the clips on the leaf packs with some kind of lube. The plastic creaks against the springs when they move. I hit them every couple of months with a chain lube and it keeps them quiet. Same goes for the pads on the end of each leaf.

I just noticed that my 2012 does it too. I only seem to hear it at slow speeds in the morning.

Spray your leaf springs with lithium grease and it will go away. Rancho shocks are not that bad people!!!

Thanks for all the info guys. Im going to lubricate the whole rear suspension with some lithium grease and let you know what happens. On a side note, I emailed RANCHO technical department when I first posted this thread and I have yet to get back a response. Oh well...

Just fixed this on my 08 PRO-4X. The leafs stacked in the rear shackles rub on the outter part of the shackle. I sprayed WD-40 which worked but only for a short time. Use a white lithium grease spray and it'll be gone. promise.
Just lay under the truck while someone just sits and bounces on the bumper. Youll see it right away. Easy fix.

Update on my squeeking suspension. I went to NAPA and got a can of spray on white lithium grease and sprayed the shackles. Squeeking has stopped! Thanks for all the info! On a side note, I received an email today from RANCHO with a response to my question about the shcoks and they pretyy much said its not their problem since it was installed by Nissan....oh well

I have an 06 and the noise I hear is coming from the upper control arms. I used a stethoscope you can hear it perfectly. The problem is they don't sell the bushings by themselves. You have to replace the complete upper control arms with the ball joints. Nissan wants a couple hundred bucks each. I can live with those squeeks. The sway bar bushings to the frame also squeak and I have replaced them twice with the black rubber ones. Don't waste your money on those. Find the Blue ones on line.
