Tire decisions!

In the next month or so, I will be getting new tires for my titan. I currently run 305/55/20 nitto trail grappler m/t's on 20x9 mamba II rims, 0 offset with a 3 inch level kit.

I love my grapplers but I'm thinking about trying something different. Does anyone have opinions or is anyone running the Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ? They looks awesome, just wondering how they last.

Toyo Open Country AT2. I have the 10 ply and the dealer told me they are near new still. 15k on them. They are great in all weather...I live in MN so they have seen it all! I tow a boat and at vs in trailers all the time .

I have a Pro 4X with the stupid sized 275/70-18 I think.

There doesn't seem to be allot of tires available for this size.

What are you guys doing about it?

These BF Badrut tires suck!

30g on them and they're pretty run down already

I have 35x12.50s on stock wheels. 33x12.50 will be fine.

To OP...check out Nitto's Terra G2. I've got some and they're awesome. They have an alternate sidewall tread as well. Mickey's are cool too lol

You can get a lot of different tires in the 275/70R18 size. I'm running BFG TA/KOs, but I could have run Nittos, Toyos, Falkens, Hankooks, Kumhos, Firestones, Michelins, Goodyears, Kellys, or a number of others. Anywhere from street only tread to aggressive off-road tread to mud tires.

The stock rims are 18x8, and you can run anything up to 14" wide on an 8" rim, depending on the sidewall height. I wouldn't try some 26" 14-wides, if you could even find such, but we used to run 14x35s on 8" rims all the time growing up. Realistically, on your truck as it sits, with no other mods, you could run any of several different tread types in sizes from 275 to 325 wide, as long as you keep your overall height around 33-33.5". You might have to trim slightly on the mudflaps or pinch weld if you ran a really knobby 325 mud tire, but otherwise, you should clear.

Need opinions. I currently have 33's on my 2012 Titan. We tow a 29' trailer, and I recently installed a 3" front and 1.5" leveling kit. I want to stuff bigger tires in there, maybe with aftermarket wheels as well. Any advice from personal experiences? Considering what I tow. I also want aggressive looking tires as well.

My advice, don't go bigger than 33s. If you do, 34" is max before you begin to rub frame.
