Torque values for front shock strut replacement

I'm doing the work tomorrow and can't find any torque values for all hardware. Can anyone help with the upper/lower nuts and the hardware to disassemble the strut?

A link to a faq would be great as well.

Bottom nut is 99
top 3 are 22
top middle for top hat is 40
