Alright so this just started happening yesterday...Seems like the truck only stalls when i left off of the gas and apply the brake. The RPM's jump back and forth between 1k and 500...kinda like the truck is starving? also I noticed a decrease in throttle response.

I just bought some NGK plugs so i'm goin to change those out, my truck is at 107k miles.

Also bought some CRC throttle body cleaner and MAF cleaner so I'm going to try those out and see if that fixes the problem.

If none of these things fix the problem then what should I look to next?

IPDM?
Clogged cats?

I will let you guys know what I find out

^^^ what BBF said ^^^

There is a thread or 2 on the IPDM ...

First the relay, and then look for a disconnected or failing vacuum hose.

good advice above! while you're at it, replace or clean the PCV valves. Its really inexpensive and easy.

alright so I popped the hood and right away I found the problem...My cone filter came off of the piping. I cleaned the TB and the MAF sensor anyway.

But now I have an even bigger problem...I went to change out the spark plugs, Got all of the old ones out and 7 of the new ones in. However, the 8th one(one closest to firewall on right side if you're sitting in the truck) won't go in no matter what angle i've tried so I don't know if the angle has to be perfect or what but i've been messin around with it for probably the past 45mins.

No signs of cross threading on the old spark plug though so what could it be?

I know if the old plugs weren't put it with anti-seize, then over time the spark plug will form to the aluminum heads, and when you break the spark plug loose to take them out, you can destroy the threads on the head. Try and get one of those snake cameras and look down in there.
