What would YOU do?

so, i've recently started driving a work truck mon-fri & NEVER drive my Titan anymore, so I've been thinking about doing some mods to it, but it is a 2006 SE with 76k miles on it (11k of those miles were since April 23rd, as I was using it for work) so it's kinda like...whats the point?

I've already got an CAI, exhaust but muffler only, timing advance, and a cut out...personally the cutout sounds good at low rpm, but high rev's it starts to just sound like a glass pack.

Anyways, I was trying to think of what to do, or if I should do anything at all....first thing that came to mind was headers, bc i really don't want to do a full exhaust set up, but then again, i also don't know if i want to get a tuner, if i put some headers on i would have to, plus I'm getting up there in the miles & the last thing I need is for my tranny to go out or worse.....and tuner couldn't just be the Bullydog, so then we are starting to get $$$.

So basically, if you had the same specs as me, what would you do?

CAI (injen)
Flowmaster (50 series)
Timing advance (18* is where I'm at)
Leveled (removed leaf spring to level it)
22's

***yes i realize the last 2 items do nothing for performance, lol.....they look good though!

I'd change the Y pipe to the famous flowmaster one :D dual 2" into 2.5" out Flowmaster Y-Collectors - JEGS

then I'd probably personally do headers and uprev, along with later doing a larger TB... :D but that's just me LOL. I already got the headers and the Y pipe mine is larger tho, and am working on uprev and the larger TB ;)

If that motor has been taken care of correctly, I wouldn't worry about what to do next.

Maybe get a dog.
Chicks like dogs.

Yeah, the engine has had all the regular scheduled maintenance, with exception of the transmission....I've never had it serviced, but everything else is done when needed.

Uprev is the one thing holding me back, bc I really don't know if I want to spend that much cash for the program, I kinda like the exhaust ideas but again, who knows.

As far as exterior mods go, the only thing I would want to do is get a grille, and I've wanted to since day one, but I just never bought one.

for the mods you already have a bullydog or superchips is all you would need, but if you really want to do headers most on here will tell you that you need uprev to keep your truck safe and get the most power from them, also a good cat-back exahust like the jba would make a difference.

change the Y pipe as a priority $40 + shipping and install... you'll find like 7hp there and better throttle response imo. then like stated, if u don't wanna to a full on uprev deal handhelds are good, I like mine Bullydog power pup, from what I understand the Bullydog GTs are getting received now so are availble for immediate purchase :D

Mod it and keep it 'til the wheels fall off.... :D
