So I have turn signals and running lights but I have no brake lights on my 05 titan. The top cab rear light and both brake lights aren't working. Something as simple as a fuse? Stop lamp fuse is ok. Need help???????

Almost certainly a fuse. You have one box inside the cab on the passenger's side below/beside the glove box. The other, up under the hood behind the battery, towards the firewall. Wish I could say I remember where the brake light fuse is, but I can't. Neither are hard to get to, though.

i checked the fuses and they are all fine. so i looked up at the brake pedal to see if i could find the switch that others have posted about but i came up empty handed. ive been having little issues with this for a little while. i have the light issue right now, the clicking under the dash from what i understand some solenoid problem in relation to the defrost and hvac system. one day i also just started my truck and it wouldn’t get out of park. seems to probably be another problem with a solenoid that disengaged that lock when the brake pedal is depressed. im pretty sure i have a bad case of axle wrap, and my slip light likes to stick on but my brake light doesnt stay on like its low fluid signal so yeah all of which aren’t fixed.

ive checked the switches and they are showing that they still are opening and closing the circuits correctly. anybody else have any ideas as to where to look for brake light issues, we found that there is no power going to the switch itself but i dont know what the next step is before those switces

The following thought occurs: Possible repair method for a wire that is broken in a harness: Look at the wiring diagram in the service manual, figure out which one it was by color/striping and pin connection , test it for continuity with a DMM, and if necessary, replace it by cutting it about three inches from the connector at each end, pull a new wire along side the harness, and solder in place.

Google tells me others have had the same thought:

Toyota Repair: Camry Wiring Harness, broken wires, toyota dealer
