This is the thread where we will be announcing the Sponsors and Vendors for the East Coast Meet of 2012. When we confirm that a company is willing to Sponsor this meet we will be posting it in here. There are several of us working on this, so keep an eye out for this thread to pop up on the "Active Topics" list. We will also be taking suggestions from the members here on which companies they would like to see as Sponsors. So, with that being said, suggest away, and keep watching for updates.
Just an FYI, some of our Sponsors are being given exclusive rights to this meet, which means they will be the only one's selling or demostrating certain products. So if you want a cetain company to sponsor, please check with us. Thanks.

EDIT:
During the time before and after the Meet, anyone can buy any retail products from anyone wanting to sell them. During the Meet between the hours of 8am and 5pm, only Sponsors have the rights to sell their retail products at the meet site. This is brought up due to someone saying that they will basically do what they want during this meet. I have informed this person that during the meet, if they try and sell any products they will be escorted off the property. We have given several Sponsors Exclusive Rights to this meet, and that is a binding contract. If need be, the police will be asked to escort anyone causing an issue from the property, no matter what that issue might be. We are all adults, and everyone is expected to act like one. If you cannot act like an adult then pleae don't waste our time showing up and ruining the fun for the rest of us.
