I'm new to buying rims/tires and lifting trucks in general and I have a question. If I have a 6in lift and I want to run 35x12.50x20, I want the wheels to stick out a little like these (pics below) but I dont know how to oderwith the BS or offset. Does more offset mean more wide or opposite?

I can't tell you the exact setup he's running but the less backspace / offset the more the wheels stick out.
stock 18" wheels BS is 5.5" and +25mm offset. They kind of tuck in, now if you had 5.71" (random size but alot of lowered guys run this BS) the wheels tuck in a little more. If you went with 0mm, -12 or -44 mm offset they would stick out more.
Check out page 1 of the thread below...(Scroll down to RBT, he is running -12 offset on 20X9 wheels a slightly narrower tire than the 12.50. Scroll down more to Izzy 09 he is running -44, that is a lot of negative offset but he only has a 6" lift and pulls it off. I would ask him if he's having rubbing issues).

im not too sure about the offset stuff but there is always wheel adapters;) i have them on my T and i love the wide stance i get from them.

I'm pretty sure the xd revolvers (second pic) only come in a -24 offset, just to give you an idea.

I'll post pics soon but to give you an idea I want to run 20x9 (35x12.5x20) xd monster like the first pic. So the more minus the offset, the more it sticks out? I'm not sure but I think the xd monsters have 2 offsets. A 5 something and maybe a 6 something. (I could be wrong)

Ok, 4wheel parts have kinds. Both are 20x9.

Bs: 6.38
Os: -44.00mm

And....

Bs: 5.71
Os: 18.00mm

I'm guessing that the 6.38 would stick out more then the other one and would also be close to the pictures posted above?

The minus 44 will be like izzy09's Titan. Do a search he just posted a thread with pics

In my first reply I posted the link to the thread with Izzy's truck with the -44.

With the -44 you will get the look you want but might have to do a little trimming at the pinch weld (no biggie at all) and front mud guard removal.

Yeah I check out izzy's one and that's pretty much the look I'm going for. The trimming and removing front guard is minor for me. Thanks. Now I order some wheels. Haha

No prob, good luck with the buy and post pics!
