Here is an album on my photobucket, doing this all from my phone so hope it works.
http://s1128.photobucket.com/albums/m494/skreamz89/2009 Nissan Titan SE 4x4

Bought my first titan in Dec '11 as is used with 59,900km. About 75k on her now
I was told 6" pro comp but not sure of anything beyond that.
As you can see my ball joints are mashed, trying to figure out what to do be it new UCAs instead of stock or ?

I want to know how much travel i have etc trying to learn about my truck and make some upgrades before i destroy it. As you can see, my daily commute doesnt treat her good....

I put 150+ to 300+ kms a day and about half are in the bush on logging/oil field roads

Thanks in advance for your time and input,
Will

Lots of views no replies...need better pictures? Says the pics were only viewed 12 times. Im still at work but leaving in just over an hr will be back in town in 2.5 hrs i can wash her and take some more pics? Im pretty worried now having seen pics of what a broken ball joint looks like... need to make an educated decision on repair/upgrade...

hhhmmm... The Spindle isn't PC... the bracket is rectangular, unlike the FabTech curved style... and it's all PC'd in red??? Not sure which brand sells the kit in red...

as for those blown ball joints, they press out and the OE replacements press in... since they're going to be constantly thrashed, you might as well get new tubular UCA's with the uniball joints vs. OE grease packed ball joints...
To improve the front end ride, upgrade the front coilovers to full length adjustable coilovers and eliminate that huge spacer. You might also want to remove the front sway bar to allow a bit more front end articulation... as for the rear, get a C10 or C30 leaf pack and eliminate the overload spring, along with exchanging the rectangle rear block w/ 2" or 3" tapered block...

It would be nice to have a full front view of the lift bracket, but it looks like a pro comp...looks like a powercoated version of it. does the cross member bar (or whatever its called), the lift bracket under neath, have holes in the bottom? If it does its probably a procomp.

Right on thx guys I was told nissan takes all of the parts from the pro comp kit out of the box and sends them to a place locally to get them powder coated and then does the install on the brand new trucks.

The middle of the month Ill have about 1500 to 2000 appointed to the truck so I may just get the tubular uniball upper control arms and traction bars? I feel it every time I take off there's a slight slug. I wish I had the cash to put a new coils up front, 1 day soon!

Traction bars are a great idea, look at prgproducts or Metalworx. UCAs are good when you get coilovers, not really necessary with the spacer. Maybe some performance stuff to get power.

Great news, while taking my truck to the dealership for the abs sensor, they did a 100 pt inspection and found my broken tranny mount lol so that and the ball joints are warranty work. New plan is to buy traction bars and maybe a chip? Going off topic im going to post some pics of her clean and track my mods in the months to come!

Thanks that makes a lot of sense ostaF, and since the dealer will warranty the ball joints, i wont upgrade those yet. I need to make a list of all my mods and exactly what my truck has and what the next step is. I have headers in Vancouver to put on, will be doing that next time i can afford to drive the 1200km through the mountains and visit home...likely this summer some time!

Nice truck Kendatitan07 I would love to get a new set of coils guess thats the big difference between stage 1 and 2 PC lift you have a lot more travel up front. Thanks for the pointers!!!
