All these new T's joining the forum kinda makes me want to trade my baby in for a new Pro4X. I have an '05 2WD, but like a few others I'm waiting on more word on the next generation T........the anticipation is killing me lol. :eek:

Haha ditto on that. Waiting in anticipation. I love my 05 but really want to upgrade to a pro-4X. Maybe one with a stick and diesel god willing lol

I read a thread on my cumminsforum were a guy did a 97 5.9 12 valve swap on a 05 titan... I was amazed, and drooling as well because i came from the cummins world to the titan world... And to put the icing on the cake the truck put out 420/870... As stated above i grabbed the cleenexs and aloe lotion...

sightings of a "fullsize truck" have been reported in the AZ area at Nissans test facility and up north in the mountains pulling a trailer. just saying...next year id expect a legit release of the new titan.

Hopefully it will be next year, my 05 is holding up well, but I'm starting to ich for something new and slightly improved

I'm the one that saw what I'm sure was the new model test mule all wrapped up in camo. I can tell you it was around the same size as ours. There is no why you guys will get a stick shift titan, as it is now the automatics that are coming in the full size trucks are more efficient than the stick shifts .

A 6spd sports car = a good use of a stick & fun.
A 6spd in a truck = annoying and pointless now because newer automatics are better at getting the torque to the wheels & are extremely reliable.

i'm with azpro, 8speed auto please!!!! i know how amazing it feels in the the q's with the new motor. any speed, you hit the gas, it pins you to the back of the seat. the 40mph gets you to 80 by the time your done passing the car in front of you.

A 6spd sports car = a good use of a stick & fun.
A 6spd in a truck = annoying and pointless now because newer automatics are better at getting the torque to the wheels & are extremely reliable.

I'm mostly on the manual train because I enjoy. Nothins more fun than driving a stick. That's just my opinion tho. Hopes and dreams lol

This sounds like an 05 owners thread lol. Mines 05 too and I love it, but like everyone else I'm itching for something new, but no point in getting a new Titan just yet since their pretty much the same truck still. I like the raptors performance wise but just am not that into the look of them
