My buddy just bought a ram hemi, and said the dealer guy told him, he could get a "chip" for the ram that would boost his Hp to 370 with no other mods. Is there such an animal? If so why cant they make this for us.

I agree. This topic has gotten muddied. But it's not due to us retards:ftard:. It's because of the poser chip suppliers who rip you off and give you little or nothing in return. People who are sincerely interested in such things do what's called research. It involves a lot of reading and some good decision making. It's not just asking someone's opinion and believing it at face value. There are those out there who would take your money and sell you a black box that doesn't work.
That said, you've been on here a while. You're not a post whore, but you're no newb either. And with all the mods you've done to your truck, do you mean to say you have not opened up a "chip thread" once and read it? From your responses, we know that not to be the case, but your initial thread-starting post screams it. You have to know you're gonna take some ribbing for that, especially over such a hot topic as this. So, the responses were not intended to offend. Just overall stating the level of sarcasm requisite with our surprise at the situation.
