Just had this pop up on my dash. Any ideas? 9300 miles...

Not a clue, but I'm following. The Titan I'm driving may be my last truck (age, health, etc.), but I've already decided that a '22 will be my target model-year if I later trade the '17.

PS - welcome to the club if I didn't say it in an earlier post. (y)

Sounds like something has gone awry. Trip to the dealer for service is in your future.

I have a 2022 Pro4X with about 49k miles on it. Took it into the dealer 12/2022 and asked for differential fluid service and transmission fluid service. Since then the truck has shifted a little different, but nothing major, except that sometimes when merging onto a busy road from a complete stop while crossing over to the opposite side of road, aggressive acceleration while turning gives me sometimes a very hard shift from 1 to possible 2nd gear. This is new.

Sunday (a day ago) got this same alert on the dash (Service AT) and after stopping truck and starting the alert is gone and has not reappeared. Went in to dealer to ask about how one checks fluid level on transmission and that costs 100.00. Can anyone share how one can go about checking transmission fluid level?

On the Titans with 9 speed transmission, they have a special trans pan to check, fill, and drain the fluid. It involves taking a special tool and turning the "drain plug" in specific positions, I do not remember the positions off the top of my head, but can post that info if needed.
