Longtubes are that simple, but shorties are not. The primary cats are welded to the OEM manifolds. Now, you can have the OEM cat welded to the new header (not recommended), but that could get pricey because they have to be put in, then the cats test fitted and tsck welded, then taken back off and welded, then re-installed.
If you just want to get this done and don't care about getting all the performance: Get high flow cats welded to the new headers and installed (same process as above)
If you want to get it done and have utilized the headers to get all the performance gains: Install a straight piece of 2" or 2.25" pipe from the new header to the PEM b-pipes, in place of the cats. Then swap out the OEM secondary cats in the b-pipes with High flow cats and move the 02 sensor behind them
Or, another option I just thought of. Add the high flow cats to the new Header and buy the walker direct fit b-pipes to eliminate your unnecassary secondary cats in the OEM b-pipes and leave the 02 sensor alone

I honestly see no reason to spend the extra on the JBA, Some Ford guys and Frontier guys love the OBX headers, I bet they will work just as good as the JBA

Its like buying a radiator cap that says Nismo on it for $60, when you could get a regular radiator cap that performs just the same for less. If your tight on money, get the OBX, they will perform identical to the JBA. With the JBA's, you are just paying for the "JBA" name brand. OBX is a smaller company, so you get the same performance at a little less cost. You will be the smart one saving money IMO

If you want something tried and prove for performance in the Titan world, go for JBA, Stillen or DT headers. If you don't really care as much, and just want to fix your problem, get the OBX since they are a cheaper. Look up DF6_titans or River_Rat (Farley's) JBA header install to see how they went about it.

You can either A) weld cats to the headers, or B) weld a flange to the headers, add cats in the b-pipes and move the 02 sensors below so you won't get codes.
