You can tap the parking light wire in the IPDM box.
Red/blue stripe wire

 

now exactly where is the ipdm box...my head hurts after all this reading up on the fuses and wiring haha...just give it to me straight my friend lol....fml this sucks why is gotta be so difficult i mean ya i could have thrown away there wiring and done my own switch but i wanted to be difficult and use there stuff

 

LOL, it's under the hood, passenger side directly behind the relay box which is directly behind the battery.

can anyone tell me why after installing led tail lights and halo hid h lights ,why one parking light works in the rear then switched sides and only that side works now

 

this really sucks..i put the leds in and halos up front..all ez wired and now only one parking light in back works and the front parking light on the left is out...its crazy..leds work..whats up

 

Hey guys, great post. I'm new to the forum but this was just what I needed. Not sure if anyone is watching this one anymore but I was curious what you ended up running through the firewall. Basically, where did your on/off switch harness end up.

I got a free pair of Westin driving lights with a bull bar that I installed. The on/off switch plugs into a harness with a white (to connect to white of relay), a ground, and the yellow wire that needs to go to the parking lights. I assumed that harness would be inside the cabin and was also looking for the parking light connection on the fuse panel inside (thanks baseballfanz!). If the yellow needs to connect under the hood though, where did you leave the switch harness.

Did you run white and yellow through the firewall and leave the harness inside or did you just ditch the harness and start splicing and soldering?
