Okay, I've heard of the AC leak causing the passenger side floor to get wet but my problem is the driver side. Anyone have any idea?

Check the drains at the bottom of the door.

Is there any water in your door?

No water in my door. I'm wondering if it's rolling behind the carpet against the firewall and puddling in the center. It's not wet along the threshold next to the door. Is there an A/C drain on the drivers side? I hate to have to start ripping out the carpet. The strange thing is, its not soaked just damp. I have a towel there now and I washed the truck tonight and it's dry.

For those who have done the A/C fix…did you notice a drain around the drivers side or only the passenger side.

I did the ac drain mod (my own version) and only noticed a drain on the passenger side. How is the truck when it's parked? Is it level or leaning toward the driver side or front? I had wet floor mats up front on both sides. It ended up being several things. The big leak was the the rear window. Also there was a leak from the 3rd brake lamp and from the driver side cab rivets on the my truck. The rivets were leaking pretty good too.

Here's a TSB addressing water on both driver and/or passenger side.

Also some peoples found water leaking at the rear window and running up to the driver's footwell area.
In some rare case the AC drain does make its way to the driver side.
