I have an 04 with 142,000 miles and the catalytic convertors are toast with a cracked exhaust manifold.
I had them replaced. I am looking for more information on any aftermarket exhaust system,
The rear cats are being checked.... do I replace them also or punch them out?

I live in extreme cold (-60 in winter and + 100 in summer). Mechanic says the extreme cold, etc just killed them. Mosty driven highway miles except for the last year when we moved to Fairbanks from the Copper Basin.
It has engine and tranny heaters and was kept warm when parked and garaged (warm) at home.

any help/ideas would be appreciated.

over 41600 purchased in March 04... probably would have more on it but the wife saved the milage when she bought her own 05' for her business. I drive over 330 miles per week but I trade off driving the Titan with my Tacoma. The Last 2 weeks the Titan sat but Im driving it this week and I do miss driving it.

I found it kind of amusing that nissan put the "endurance" name tag on a brand new engine with no track record of anything apraoching endurance.

I wonder if thats why they took it off? Was that in 05 or 06?

My 06 has 1,680 miles. I hope to get at least 150,000 more

I hit 10000 this morning. A milestone, but there is something a little depressing about rolling into 5 digits...

My 05 does not have the "Endurance" name on the badge.

54,000 since Feb 04. with lots of rough back roads, hills, mud, dirt, snow and salt (alot of miles in 4wd).

- Nothing too bad that hasn't been fixed under warranty or TSB. The radiator did crack last month for no obvious reason...but no parts are falling off and when it's clean, the paint still looks nice.

Is there a longer warranty on the powertrain than the 3/36K? Did they cover your radiator? Im guessing they didnt because its not the engine or tranny, and i think that is 5/50K
